🍧 Walnut paste is a popular Cantonese dessert along side Black Sesame & Peanut Pastes
🍧 However it is most rare and hardest to come by, so I always order it if I see it on the menu
🍧 It is the most difficult to make as the toasting of walnuts to get the fragrance before it burns and just harder to grind smooth
🍧 This home made version hits the mark! Not too sweet, toasty and creamy smooth!
