I love this cheese. It has a very weird and unusual taste so it's probably not for everyone, but it reminds me of cheese fondue. It's very hard to find, you can't even buy it online. The only place where I ever found this was at the Lord of Tofu stand at VeggieWorld. It's only around 2€ so I bought a bunch last gime so I won't run out again. Give it a try if you can!
