These are the only tamales I could find at my favorite store- without meat or dairy. These ones have a nice kick to them. My sensitive mouth can tolerate this much heat. 🥰 I like their tortillas as well.

I’ve heard Amy’s tamales are good too, but haven’t found them anywhere yet. But I’m not giving up. I grew up in New Mexico and tamales were a Christmas delicacy.
