I definitely loved the flavour and the concept of using a by-product to make another product. The leftover grains from the beer making process is used to make the chips. They have a very very different texture to regular potato chips so I guess if you can get your mind around that they're quite enjoyable. The thyme flavour is spot on though 👌🏼
