I was concerned these might be weird as it's stuffed with pumpkin and vegan mozzarella. It's also gluten free.
I was pleasantly surprised! It is tasty, not too pumpkin heavy and the cheese is alright - very slight sicky aftertaste. I had it with a basic tomato sauce.
