not exaggerating when I say this made my weekend 🍜🍜🍜 a total game changer for me because I used to love pho but I thought I’d have to give it up forever because the beef broth is so hard to replicate with veggies. THIS ONE NAILED IT!!! I’m not always a fan of Impossible esp in Asian cuisine (would usually rather just eat actual vegetables) but happily gobbled up the mince here. leave out the egg to make it vegan!
