Review of Spicy Bai-Ye Tofu with Cucumber Strips at Old Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine by hownowbrownkow
First time trying this dish and it was an interesting experience. I liked how it was presented but the taste was so-so. It's beancurd skin in the shape of noodles dipped in a medium spicy sauce.
