This is a the most natural way to dye your food the most beautiful shade of blue! I used just a small amount in my smoothie bowl and it turned out so pretty (and it doesn’t have a taste). Yes, it’s expensive but a little goes a long way. Just be careful though — it’s easy to make a mess with this powder, and it can leak out of the bag.
