I order 2 of these when I order from vegansupply.com and freeze if I need to. But this is a really nice pizza cheese. It is a bit crumbly but not excessively. It melts best if I cook the pizza, then turn off the oven but keep the pizza in the oven for a couple minutes. The heat helps it melt perfectly, while not over baking your pizza.
