Found this amazing 100% vegan bakery that creates incredible patisserie. They also have a range of biscuits and other baked goods. The cake was good but had a brittle consistency even though it’s made of layers of cream, but it could be that we tried it straight out of the fridge, so might be better leave it to get softer first. The mini patisserie were very good, especially the chocolate ones! Highly recommend, I haven’t found anything similar yet

jules-v UPDATE - The cake just needed to be in the fridge for a bit instead of the freezer, once it was allowed to defrost a bit it was creamy and perfect 👏🏻Reply
