Mushroom Soy Carbonara en Real Food Novena — Reseña de windgal (10 oct 2020)

Lots of mushroom goodness in here! - not overdone while still retaining that nice bite🍄🍄🍄. Mmmmm. Everything was good really, except perhaps it wasn't the carbonara that one would expect. The consistency was too thin and runny for a carbonara. Perhaps a change of name for the dish would be more apt?
