Lovely sight of the steam rising just after opening. These were really yummy with the bao on the right with thinner tofu having the best balance of sriracha, hoisin, vegan mayo (you need to ask) and pickled ginger! Less is more it would seem 🤔! 3 1/2 👧 thought the bao was best! Who wants tofu when you can have refined white carbs anyway😜!
