Review of Sacha Lion's Mane Udon at nomVnom Bistro by plantbasedlifestyle

First time trying nomvnom's udon so I went for their best seller which is the Sacha Lion Mane's Mushroom Udon. I did not know what to expect as this is my first time trying Sacha sauce! As a big fan of savory food, I liked this bowl of Udon very much as it is chock-full of umami. From their website, it seems that the soup is made of the Sacha sauce and some alternative mince. They were also pretty generous with their mushrooms and lion mane (though I would have like more 😁) and other veggies too! Comparing with their burgers, this would be a better value for buck as it is definitely more filling with the same price. However, I would still go for their burgers as I personally prefer breads compared to noodles but it will be good for someone who wants a more substantial meal 👍
