What a burger. Neither me or my partner had had seitan before (I know- how have we gone this long) and we are converted! And what a burger to sample it on 🤤
The curry sauce was creamy and spicy, slaw- out of this world- crunch and sweet- sauerkraut and pickles- what’s not to love! (We did admittedly have to pick the red chillies off as we are wimps)
