The bottle says to take 4 a day, after exercising, I usually take 1-3 and maybe a sip of Braggs. Finding this bottle again inspired me start getting more active and putting them to use. They aren’t cheap, but I find it worth the peace of mind to know I’m getting the amino acids I need. I’m still trying out different things to see what works best, open to recommendations.
