Omission of cheese sprinkle achieved vegan status.
Simple plate with crusty bread toasted topped with delicious guacamole, pumpkin seeds, sunflower kernels and arugula- impressive fresh flavor combination. Side salad was snappy accent with fresh grapefruit sections and more.
