This is hands down our favorite dish at the Pitted Date. The cauliflower is battered to perfection and is topped with a really nice slaw and avocado. Squeeze some lime on there to help bring out the flavors and top it with the delicious Baja sauce and you won’t be disappointed. We dream about this dish
