Tacos De Soda en Huacamole Sodita — Reseña de Ire U. Dobles (14 sept 2020)

This is probably my favorite vegan restaurant in Costa Rica, these tacos are filled with shredded green plantain “beef”, and chickpeas, topped with cabbage, avocado, “cheese”, pico de gallo and some yummy sauces, just delicious! It comes with fries and ayote soup, the “ketchup” is made of beets and mayo is vegan of course
