Mediterranean Potato Salad (vegan) en Open Harvest Co-op Grocery — Reseña de quadantics (5 sept 2020)

First of all, I love how this deli makes it very easy to find vegan products in there cooler bunker; vegan foods have labels after the name of the food like this: "(vegan)."
I also like this deli offers quite a few vegan options.
The ingredients of this potato salad are as follows:
Organic potatoes, organic green onions, capers, organic sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice, organic cumin, sea salt, organic black pepper.
This was a half a pound of food and I ate it in one serving. I honestly just didn't care much for it. Maybe it was the oil I didn't like as much cuz I don't really do oil anymore.
