First time trying frozen spirulina and am really intrigued by its natural super-green pigment! 🥗 They come in individual oval pods; would be even better if they were in edible instead of single-use plastic cases
Added these into my vanilla protein drink for breakfast & my mom’s everyday veg stir-fry for dinner — a cai xin x tofu x mushroom medley 🍲 The spirulina mixes well with the vegetables on the frying pan and helps to thicken up the gravy a lil’ too. Can see it being a great addition to bakes/oatmeal/smoothies as well for a vibrant pop of green! 🌈 :)
