Review of Bakso Soup at Warung Ijo by shanna

I like how the soup looks clear, but when the soup rolls over the tongue, you can really taste the herbs and umami flavour. Not sure where the savoury flavour came from, it almost tastes like... beef noodle soup.

I think the serving of protein is good, would be great to have more veg though. Strange as it sounds, I actually prefer the toufu to the Omnipork balls.... they were really soft for a soup condiment.
