Golden Fritter en elemen Classic @ Great World — Reseña de A (28 ago 2020)

Elemen is having a promotional localicious set for the month of July and August. (Do note that not all items are vegan). Another vegan dish in the menu and this is also one of my most favourite dish! The fritter is made up of porcini mushroom, lightly fried to a crisp brown. It is to be eaten with their veganised mentaiko sauce actually but i think that it can be enjoyed on its own. The fragrance of the dish was apparent with each bite. Highly recommended!
