This is the bf's favourite order because it comes with a rich braised sauce that he can drizzle over rice or porridge. I didn't fancy tau kwa (the huge bean curd variety) until I became a vegetarian & soy bean curd became my protein. Then variety is needed. I like this dish for the gravy & the tau kwa is growing on me.
