This brownie parfait from Fairly Frosted is a dream come true! Vegan, gluten free and nut free. I got sour patch kids ice cream on the bottom and mocha fudge ripple on the top. There's a brownie sandwiched between the two ice creams and it is topped with chocolate sauce that hardens when it hits the ice cream. Also sprinkles for good measure. 😊
