The tofu was marinated in a soy, sesame, and ginger mixture, covered with panko breadcrumbs, and fried in organic coconut oil. Served with tonkatsu sauce. The tofu was crispy on the outside and had a meaty but tender consistency inside that was different from run of the mill tofu.
