I wanted to go for the green curry lion's mane mushroom at first, but I remembered having eaten that quite often at home...so

I decided to try the soy chicken instead, which was not too bad :)

The green curry was thick, rich and creamy - just the depth of flavours we typically look for in a Thai green curry
