This is my first vegan multivitamin, so I can’t compare it to much, but I really like these supplements. The capsules are the perfect side, and even though they have a distinct scent and aftertaste they are fine. They have everything I need in them including B12 and Iron ( but I would not rely on this product alone to ensure I have a healthy diet ) Would recommend!
