Breakfast Empanada en Epif — Reseña de pdxveg (6 jul 2020)

This was filled with vegan eggs, soyrizo, and vegan cream cheese. It was generously sized and very tasty, great for any time of day. It came with a plentiful amount of nutritional yeast cream sauce that wonderfully demonstrated how nutritional yeast works for vegan cheese sauces.
