At backwater there are many vegan options. I chose the vegan pancakes with home fries and veggie sausage. The food was incredible and eating at the do-it-yourself griddle was so fun. Backwater had something my whole family enjoyed and the atmosphere was great! They also have tofu scramble and veggie bacon.
