Review of Bailing Mushroom on Paper Hot Pot at Joie by fourdollars

Bailing mushroom is amazing! I hardly get to eat this and it's a treat, because it is unusually big and absorbs flavours really well. Eats almost like an abalone but much better texture as it's chewy but not tough. Also love the touch of broccolini. Not quite sure what the orange coloured sauce was..It tasted a bit like applesauce.
