Vegan Banana Bread en Baker's Bench Bakery — Reseña de kminz1312 (21 jun 2020)

Not sure what’s the ingredients for this but taste wise it has a more unique burnt/brown sugar taste so the banana takes a back seat here. The walnuts gave a nice crunch but perhaps because veganised, the lack of eggs made this on the drier side - do not the moist banana-rich bread/cake you’d expect, but if you eat it as it is it tastes not bad! Just not sure if it’s something to hit your banana bread cravings 😅
