Review of Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza at Sage Plant Based Bistro and Brewery Echo Park by evolotus

“Our famous Buffalo Cauliflower with pesto, Follow Your Heart mozzarella, fresh arugula and ranch sauce.” This is pretty good but not a winner like the mac and cheese pizza. I would tweak it a bit, use buffalo sauce or alfredo instead of pesto, and add another fresh element. But pretty good. They really should offer more protein options on the pizzas too.
