Sambal Petai Fried rice en Time's Vege — Reseña de Ho Qian Yu (24 may 2020)

Finally got the right one this time! The sambal taste isn't as strong compared to the regular sambal fried rice, so it wasn't as spicy or savoury. But there was still a decent amount of spice and umami, which went really well with the petai and variety of other ingredients.
