Not Yo Mamas Mac en Flourish Plant-Based Kitchen — Reseña de pdxveg (22 may 2020)

This consisted of a heaping portion of quinoa elbows, creamy cashew sauce, broccoli, and arugula, topped with fried shallots. We highly recommend also getting some unagi mushrooms. This had a very satisfying mix of flavors and textures and was certainly not a run of the mill mac and cheese.
