This dish resembles Japanese Unagi Bento... Only It's vegan! Rice that comes with vegan Unagi which is really flavourful and amazing in texture, side of sauteed spicy green beans and soy protein, and a spicy-sweet-savoury sauce. It comes with a bowl of tofu soup as a side too!
All in all, this is a very filling, well-balanced and delicious dish 🥰 #jaan
