young green jackfruit de Chaokoh — Reseña de tami (15 may 2020)

I made jackfruit potato cakes (swipe right for a finished dish pic) & they were fantastic. More experimenting with jackfruit will be happening in my kitchen, as it seems especially suited for making things like this.
