Love to add this to my smoothies as it’s packed with chia seeds and many other healthy nuts and seeds . When I purchased this product my hope was to be able to pair it with apples or celery but it was overload on the seeds and texture for me .
If you don’t like a lot of texture then you should pass on this brand .
