Rhubarb sorbet en SK Mat & Människor — Reseña de Shadefood (8 may 2020)

For dessert I was served a wonderful rhubarb sorbet with glazed rhubarb, rice puffs and a compôte. Again was so pleasantly surprised I absolutely love rhubarb and this dessert did it justice with the flavour that lovely sweetness and sharp tang a great way to finish a four course meal.
