Scrambled Tofu On Rye Bread en Birchwood Food Emporium — Reseña de Chloe (6 may 2020)

Really lovely breakfast dish! Made fresh with choice of topping, I went for vegan bacon which was really good. The tofu was very soft and usually I would like it to have a little more bite to it, but it was still nice with the bread. Great quality local ingredients and the salad on the side was nice and refreshing.
