Enchiladas en Lucy's — Reseña de Jeannie (6 may 2020)

These were pretty mediocre enchiladas. They didn't toast or grill the tortillas, so they were pretty soggy, and it tasted like they opened up a jar of mole and smeared it over the top. Definitely not the best toppings or presentation. The jackfruit filling was good, however. The rice was sticky and gross, but the beans were decent.
