Review of Walnut Chorizo Quesadilla at Harlow by pdxveg

This consisted of a large gluten-free tortilla filled with walnut chorizo crumbles, vegan cheddar cheese, roasted peppers, sweet onions, and delicata squash, topped with jalapeno cashew sauce, green onions and cilantro. The walnut chorizo crumbles made this especially delicious.
