Red Lentil and Mushroom Roast en The Botanist Bath — Reseña de Silvia (14 abr 2020)

Since it was just Easter Sunday, thought it would be appropriate to share this vegan roast I had at the Botanist last year! Creative dish and good alternative to the traditional Christmas style roast. The roast veggies were nice, but a little bland. If you’re looking for a realistic meat alternative then this isn’t it as the filling basically just taste like roast lentils and mushrooms. Overall, not bad but quite pricey!
