First protein formula I buy. No plastic, recyclable packaging. Flavour not a huge fan of but that’s personal taste - it’s not hugely strong so fits in a lot of meals, best in pancakes. I don’t overdo supplements (mainly because I forget) feel like this one has given me a good balance. (This is not medical advice but personal experience)
