Baked aubergine en The Bieldside Inn — Reseña de livvie (15 mar 2020)

The aubergine was delicious and full of vegetables and served with babaganoush. I ordered sweet potato fries to go along with it as the normal fries are not vegan. Only improvement would be a little side of rice or couscous with it.
