Tofu cubes, pumpkin, bean sprouts & rice! Love the warm tones and the flavourful tofu :) Pumpkin isn’t as sweet as usual but I think it’s just a seasonal thing. Beansprouts could be cooked for shorter duration too for that crunch. Super affordable at just $2.10! #nuseats
