Fried Tofu with Lemongrass en Golden Lotus Vegan — Reseña de Ashley (29 feb 2020)

The tofu was good, perfectly crispy on the outside and silky in the middle. The sauce was also nice, similar to a light soy sauce with chilli. The lemongrass part was a let down though, it was all dried bits and was too salty.
