Thai Tofu Salad en The Roots Salad Bar — Reseña de Akriti (23 feb 2020)

Sister-in-law’s dinner. Not sure if the soba is has gluten in it or just buckwheat. However I did try some of the tofu and mushrooms while avoiding the noodles..... and pretty sure my tongue went on a holiday to Thailand. So very delicious!
