This was a hit among my co-workers for a farewell luncheon. Also very presentable. This was made a couple days before our get-together. It was frozen until a couple hours before the event, and it was still very delicious.

7Vegans_HI is my go-to for catering services. She always responds to my inquiries quickly, even late at night. She's always flexible with my needs, no matter the number of people in my group and when the event will be, and always clear and upfront with her prices. And best of all, their food is always so yummy!
