The Spice Shuttle cooks each dish to order, so when my mum and I requested a vegan option he was able to make sure everything was entirely plant based, and had a variety of non-dairy yoghurts/creams etc. for us. I was able to check the packaging on the naan breads so we knew which ones were vegan, and he was very knowledgable about dairy alternatives. I think it was only about £8 each for curry, rice and naan takeaway. My mum has since returned and he made up a veg-based curry entirely from scratch for her, as she’s not a huge fan of Tofu. 10000000% recommend!!

Sadly the van is only in Radyr on Thursday evenings, but Wednesdays they’re at Pentyrch Rugby club and Fridays is Creigiau duck pond. If only they delivered...
