One of the best vegan pho soups I’ve ever had! Very flavorful broth and the tofu and veggies were all super fresh. Super nutritious and does wonders for a hangover or cold. Make sure you add the Thai basil and cilantro provided with the soup- I like to dress it up with just a squeeze of lime and a few small drops of sriracha
